Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the ADLV authenticity tags and labels remain intact and untampered.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
